Post-Fanime

WOW SO FINALLY HERE IS A POST-FANIME POST WOW HELLO.

Forgive the delay, because as soon as I came back from Fanime, I was snatched up into the festivities surrounding my brother's highschool graduation, but NOW I AM HERE AND I CAN BREATHE.

It was GREAT seeing everyone at Fanime! There were a lot of new things this year, the new AA location, new grids for the table, and a new tablecloth and many other things besides, but despite all the changes, the con was a big success! We did well, we made a lot of new friends and a lot of great new memories to look back on. It was really busy, though, and there wasn't much time to enjoy the con, but from the artist alley, I ran around as much as possible when I wasn't stationed at the booth with my tablemate Photinus and saw like maybe ffffffff ten tables out of the ten million that were there. The AA was REALLY IMPRESSIVE this year! There were a lot of talented people and great art everywhere and even the con attendees were wonderful! A few people who came up to our booth would bring us gifts, fetch cosplayers that were drifting away, or even bring us food! WHAT A FAB GROUP OF PEOPLE AT FANIME. Pretty much I was in love with everyone. I wish I had been able to run around more and visit with more artists, but I guess that's going to have to be another time!! I am extremely grateful to have been so close to so many fantastic artists, though. We sat right next to Al, who is incredibly kind and fantastic. Blue and I had a post it note doodle war. There were small cute animals appearing around our booth (like seriously, someone brought a bunny and another brought a 6 week old kitten, what the hell was going on). I visited with Fayren who gave me snacks and a shoulder to lean on, I wish I could have spent more time with her! I bothered and gossiped with Gunny WHO IS THE SWEETEST CUTEST PERSON AAAAH. I ran by DJ's table and fangirled with him and his sister. And there were so many more artists in and around, and so many great cosplayers, that I became better friends with and YOU ALL KNOW WHO YOU ARE, I had such a fab time with all of you. You all made Fanime a really special event for me!

   Setting up Storenvy (So those of you who couldn't come to Fanime can get whatever you wanted to get regardless. After seeing so many notes inquiring about it, it really spurned me to get my butt into gear!)

   Redoing my website
   Redoing/Making new work for my portfolio

   Attack on Titan (BECAUSE IT'S EVERYWHERE AND IT LOOKS LIKE EVERYTHING I'VE EVER LOVED AND I WANT TO WATCH IT SO BAD BEFORE I AM SPOILED. Also I really want to cosplay from this gosh darn show because HNNNNNNGH)
   Hannibal (because wow jesus it looks so intense)
   Bioshock Infinite
   Valentin and the Widow

I love collecting photos from the cons and usually I'm too busy taking pictures of everyone else to take pictures of myself! It would be a great help to me.
